Rapport fra ”The High Representative for the Implementation og the Peace Agreement to the Secretary-General (FN)” af 13. maj 2002 vedrørende perioden 20. februar til 7. maj 2002 omhandlende den seneste politiske udvikling. Rapporten indeholder desuden bl.a. oplysninger om opbygningen af statslige institutioner, muligheden for hjemvenden, herunder om ejendomsret, samt økonomiske reformer i landet. Rapporten giver et generelt billede af, hvor Bosnien på nuværende tidspunkt står som stat.
